D&D Store Production and Shipping Status

This page is intended to keep our customers informed of any delays or updates to the expected release dates for Dungeon & Dragons Store products.

We closely track the production and shipping statuses to ensure that we provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information. In case of any changes or new developments, we will communicate them to you as soon as possible.

 

Order Status Definition
Pre-Production  The manufacturer is preparing for production.
In Production  The manufacturer is actively producing this item.
Preparing for Fulfillment  Production is complete, items are being freighted over to the fulfillment provider and being prepped for shipping.
Shipping  Items are actively shipping to the end customer.
Shipping Completed  All orders are with the shipping provider and are en route to the end customer.
